Veg Gold Coin


Ingredients:

200 Grams Boiled Mashed Potato

50 Grams Grated Carrot

1 Chopped Onion

50 Grams Chopped Capsicum

1/2 tsp Oregano

1 Chopped Green Chilli

1 tbsp Chopped Coriander

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp Chilli Sauce

6 Bread Slice

1 tsp Cornflour

2 tsp Water

1/4 tsp White Sesame Seeds

500 ml Cooking Oil

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl add boiled mashed potato, grated carrot, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, oregano, chopped green chilli, coriander, salt, soy sauce and chilli sauce. 

Mix well and keep aside.

Cut bread slices in a circular shape. 

Spread the layer of stuffing onto the slices.

Apply cornflour & water mix using a brush.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Deep fry till golden brown.
