Ragi Dosa

Ingredients:

150 Grams Ragi flour

50 Grams Semolina flour

50 Grams Rice flour

100 Grams Curd

200 ml Water

1 Chopped Onion

10 Chopped Curry Leaf

1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Chopped Coriander

1 tsp Chopped Ginger

1 Chopped Green Chilli

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Cooking oil

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, add ragi flour, semolina flour, rice flour and curd.

Whisk well.

Add water in parts and whisk well.

Add chopped onion, chopped curry leaf, cumin seeds, salt, chopped coriander, chopped ginger, chopped green chilli and black pepper.

Mix well and rest for 15-20 mins. 

Grease and heat the pan. 

Spread batter to a thin ragi dosa.

Drizzle some oil on the sides. Flip after sometime.
