Palak Cheela


Ingredients:

200 Grams Chopped Spinach 

100 Grams Besan

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Cooking Oil

Instructions:

Blend chopped spinach in a blender to a smooth paste.

Transfer to a mixing bowl. 

Add besan and whisk well.

Add ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix well.

Heat a pan on a low heat. 

Pour some cooking oil and some batter onto the pan.

Spread evenly in a circular shape.

Cook for 2 mins and flip it to cook the other side.
