Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Banana Bread Skillet


Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Rolled Oats

1 Mashed Banana

1 Organic Egg 

1 tbsp Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup Almond Milk

1 tsp Chia Seeds

1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

Prepare your mini cast iron skillet (spray with coconut oil)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. (save some chocolate chips for topping)

Bake for 20 minutes until the edges are golden brown.

Top with the extra chocolate chips and a drizzle of peanut butter.
