Sattu Vegetable Pancakes

 


Ingredients:

1 Cup Sattu

1/2 Cup Suji

1/4 Cup Dahi (Curd)

1/2 Cup Water

1 Carrot

1 Capsicum

1 Tomato

1 Onion

4-5 Spinach Leaves

2 tbsp Coriander Leaves

1 Green Chilli

1/2 tsp Red Chilli

2 tbsp Oil 

Salt to taste

Instructions:

Take a bowl. Add sattu, suji and water, mix it well. 

Cover the batter for 15 minutes.

Chop all the vegetables using a chopper or mixer grinder. Add to the batter.

Add salt and red chilli. Mix it well. 

If required add water to adjust consistency.

Heat a non stick pan, drizzle some oil and spread ladle full of batter.

Spread 1 tsp oil and cover & cook 30 seconds.

Flip and cook on both sides until crisp and golden brown.
