Kunukku Vada

 


Ingredients:

100 Grams Pre Soaked Rice

100 Grams Pre Soaked Mung Dal

100 Grams Pre Soaked Toor Dal

1 tbsp Urad Dal

1 tsp Salt

100 Grams Boiled Rice

100 ml Water

1 Chopped Onion

10 Chopped Curry Leaf

1 Chopped Green Chilli

1 tbsp Chopped Coriander

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

500 ml Cooking Oil

Instructions:

In a Grinder, add pre soaked rice, pre soaked mung dal, pre soaked toor dal, urad dal, salt, boiled rice & water.

Grind to a smooth batter. Keep aside.

In a mixing bowl, add chopped onion, chopped curry leaf, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander, black pepper & rice batter.

Mix Well.

Roll out portions of batter & deep fry until golden brown.
