Fish Shape Samosa


Ingredients:

Filling :

2 tbsp oil

1 tbsp Heeng

1 tbsp Cumin Seeds

1 tbsp Coriander Powder

1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Garam Masala

1 Cup boiled Peas

1/2 Cup Chopped Paneer

4 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes

Salt As Per Taste

To Seal The Samosa:

1 tbsp Corn Flour

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

Water to Make a Paste

Dough:

2 Cup Maida

Salt As Per Taste

3 tbsp ghee

Mix these ingredients. Then, Add water to knead a tight dough. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.

Instructions:

Draw a mark of fish on the dough using a knife but do not cut it.

Fry all the samosas till they are golden

Serve them hot.
