Chicken Kari Dosa
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Tomato
1 Chopped Green Chilli
10 Chopped Curry Leaf
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
200 Grams Minced Chicken
200 ml Water
1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
2 Eggs
1/4 tsp Cooking Oil
Dosa batter
Instructions:
In a kadhai add cooking oil and chopped onion. Saute them.
Then, add chopped green chilli, chopped curry leaf and ginger garlic paste. Saute well.
Add chopped tomato, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and black pepper. Mix them.
Add minced chicken and mix well.
Cook for 2-3 mins.
Add water and cook for 10 mins.
Add chopped coriander and mix well. keep aside.
In a bowl add eggs and whisk well. keep aside.
In a pan add cooking oil. Add dosa batter and spread well.
Add whisked egg on top.
Add chicken masala evenly on top of dosa.
Add coriander and cook for 2-3 mins.
Flip it and add cooking oil. cook for 2-3 mins.
