Bajra Gond Laddu

 



Ingredients:

1.5 Cup Pearl Millet flour

1 Cup Gundh OR Jaggery 

1/2 Cup Ghee

10-12 Sliced Almonds 

10-12 Chopped Cashews 

 2 tbsp Gond 

 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds 

 1 tbsp Cinnamon powder 

Instructions:

1. Heat some ghee in wok and fry gond on low flame.

2. After gond is aptly fried and puffy, take it out it a plate and grind.

3. Roast pearl millet on low flame till it changes color and start leaving ghee.

4. Transfer roasted bajra/millet in a bowl.

5. Now, melt the jaggery/gundh in a pan on low flame and switch off the flame. 

6. Mix roasted bajra, gond, sesame seeds, cinnamon powder, almonds and cashews. 

7. After mixing it properly, add melted jaggery.

8. Make laddus and savour them.
